at our small studio set in the picturesque english countryside, we take great pride in handcrafting the majority of our pieces to order. this meticulous approach grants us complete control over the creative process, enabling us to deliver the highest level of service to our valued customers. every garment we create is made with love.

made to order items are always specified in the product listing. we will aim to make and post items to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch. an email update with tracking information will be sent to you when your order is ready and has been shipped. you can find out more about delivery info here. if you would like to request bespoke measurements or details, please email and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

due to the personal nature of made to order pieces, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges, however we do allow a grace period of 24 hours for you to cancel an order. we recommend that you check all details and your sizing properly before ordering. if you have any uncertainties about sizing then please check out our size guide here or get in touch at and we will happily answer any queries. we really want you to love your garment as much as we do so no question is too silly or small!
